Turner and Others. —In another column will bo seen a letter from Messrs Wallace and Hutchinson, contradict' iog the report of tbo last day's trial which wo gladly iusert, as there is no intention on our part to prejudice nny caso with the publio which may be beforo the courts ; and this ono with the strong partisan feeling it ia eliciting least of ail. It appears tho Kirk Session is tbo only legitimate unihority of the Presbyterian Church in the colony, and it accepted Mr Somervill's resignation, and which accoptnuco haa never been rescind,, ed.
